Once you have registered, if you have a warranty issue arise your first step is to contact the dealer you bought the boat from. To see a current listing of our dealers, please visit our dealer locator here.
They will ask you to send in photos, a summary of the problem, proof of purchase, and serial number.
Please note that each claim once submitted is review on an individual basis and can take 2-3 days for a response time from Native watercraft.
