I started fishing in my hometown of Lagrange, Ga. as young as I can remember as my family helped start the first B.A.S.S organization here shortly after the lake was impounded. I started kayak fishing 9 years ago after enjoying it for recreation for quite some time. It has grown to be a large part of who I am. I love to fish for the sheer joy of being on the water, but also for the competitive nature of tournament fishing. I take great joy in introducing others to this wonderful growing sport. I have participated in and organized youth ministry opportunities for teenagers to experience kayaking and kayak fishing. I am a member of the Chattahoochee Kayak Anglers group locally and fish several regional tourney trails. I currently hold a state citation for a trophy shoal bass as well as yellow perch caught locally on the Chattahoochee here in the State of Georgia. I recently created my Youtube channel and looking forward to putting out some great Vlogs and content in the near future.
I currently live in Lagrange, Ga. with my wife Natasha and two children Addyson & Austin.
“My kayak is my release, it is where I go to unplug and yet recharge. The daily stresses of the job, finance, life whatever.. it begins to disappear from the first stroke of the paddle. When the first ripple passes beyond the tail of the boat you are no longer just on the water, you are in the water, a part of it. The tranquility of the serene and pure backdrop you experience by way of this craft breathe new life into your soul. It is the best therapy out there. “
