4th Annual North Carolina Kayak Fishing Meet ‘n Greet

Originally developed as a friendly kayak fishing competition in 2007 our annual Meet 'n Greet has evolved into one of the largest gatherings of kayak anglers in the Southeast. Approximately 50-60 folks as far away as Virginia, South Carolina, Texas and California have gathered at Ft. Fishers expansive marsh off of Federal Point North Carolina for a fun-filled day of fishing, camaraderie and a shore lunch. The event has proved to be a fantastic opportunity for online kayak fishing forum members from groups such as www.ncangler.com and www.nckfa.com to not only meet each other but also for newcomers to view a variety of different kayak models, experience inshore fishing for the first time, share rigging ideas and fishing techniques.
